• Device Information: device model, operating system version, app version, unique device identifiers and diagnostic logs to help improve the App.
• Location Data: GPS/location information when you grant location permissions. This is used only to record visit location and timestamps for site visits.
• Usage Data: analytics and usage metrics (pages/screens visited, features used, timestamps) to analyze and improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Enable core App features such as site visit logging, job cards, issue reporting, photo uploads, and timesheet management.
• Communicate with you about account activity, support requests, and important updates.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve App performance and reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse or unauthorized access.

3. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting. However, no method of transmission or storage can be 100% secure.

Data uploaded in offline mode is stored locally on the device and will be synchronized to our servers once connectivity is available.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

• Your employer or administrators (so they can review timesheets, site reports and job cards).
• Service providers who help operate the App (e.g., hosting providers, analytics services).
